Grow Your Circle was born out of the need to be able to create an all women production team, the inability to do so, and the realization of how difficult it is to find underrepresented talent across all disciplines of production.

Through testing, prototyping, and by working with external partners, Thinkingbox and Ultra Testing, we were able to create a tool that allows agencies and producers to find underrepresented talent for all their production needs.

Grow Your Circle soft-launched at the 3% Conference in November 2018 and has since launched publicly in May 2019 with several agency/production partners such as 72 and Sunny, Wax, Droga 5 and Armada.

In addition to producing the site form its inception, I helped write the copy, ran user testing with UX, performed quality assurance testing, managed the initial social content creation, and supported the creation of the below video.
